Network design
Many networks and data centres lack a common thread, which means that solutions are implemented without regard for each other, resulting in expensive and unreliable environments. I can help you create a structure that meets your service demands, with a focus on scalability and security.
Implementation
When it’s time to deploy IT solutions, my knowledge and experience allow me to automate the process by generating dynamic templates (for both IPv4 and IPv6). These templates can then be applied to all your Cisco devices, such as routers and firewalls.
Security
Company networks usually have Internet access. To protect against intrusion attempts, malware, and similar attacks, it is important that your infrastructure and firewalls are configured correctly.
Programming
I develop in C, Perl, PHP, and Python. In recent years, however, I have focused increasingly on C, as I develop my own router firmware for various hardware platforms where memory and flash utilisation are critical.
Projects
meshd (P2P VPN with UDP hole punching), mradius (29K radius server), mhttpd (minimal httpd with CGI support), mproxy (proxy for URL filtering), mvmps (Cisco VMPS protocol), mhsod (3G and 4G modem control). mdhcpd (ipv4 dhcpd).
